About Me

I have been coaching multicultural, international teams for more than 10 years both as a U.S. diplomat and then in the tech industry. Having coached many talented, high-achievers to improved performance, promotions, and even into new roles, I know what managers are looking for from employees, and how they spot and support promising talent.

In my role(s) as a manager, I created many templates for my teams and helped them to align their professional goals with their projects so they could ensure their work was directly advancing their careers.
